Whenever and wherever possible, Vivium will treat the information you provide with utmost care and confidentiality, in accordance with the DP Law and any applicable laws.

Vivium reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website and any related services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable laws , or otherwise engaged in conduct that is unlawful, inappropriate, or harmful to Vivium, its affiliates, other users, or third parties.

Vivium may also suspend or terminate your account for operational, security, or legal reasons, including (but not limited to) system maintenance, technical issues, discontinuation of services, or regulatory compliance requirements.

Severability: Each provision of these Terms is individually severable. If any provision is or becomes illegal, unenforceable or invalid in any jurisdiction it is to be treated as being severed from this document in the relevant jurisdiction, but the rest of this document will not be affected. The legality, validity and enforceability of the provision in any other jurisdiction will not be affected.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Website (together, the “Agreements”), shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Vivium concerning your use of the Website. These Agreements supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Vivium regarding the Website.

Waiver: No waiver of any violation or non-performance of these Terms in one instance shall be deemed to be a waiver of any violation or non-performance in any other instance. All waivers must be in writing.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the DIFC. Any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including (but not limited to) any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the DIFC.
